AXI-S800 Equipment is a next-generation intelligent automated inline 3D X-RAY inspection system specifically engineered for industrial-grade high-density inspection scenarios.
It is composed of an X-ray source, a high-definition flat-panel detector (FPD), a precision scanning system, and state-of-the-art image reconstruction and analysis software.
It can automatically acquires precise 3D data. Featuring a breakthrough multi-angle inspection design, the system enables accurate detection of industrial components (such as finished motors and electric drives) that are difficult to penetrate with conventional equipment.
AI-Powered, it delivers end-to-end automated inspection, visually reconstructing the internal structure of precision components in 3D to efficiently identify hidden defects.
