Introduction:
AXI-S700 is a fully automatic, high-speed inline 3D X-RAY inspection system tailored for high-end electronic manufacturing scenarios. Equipped with 360° surround projection technology, it performs all-round, dead-angle-free X-ray scanning of inspected objects, and rapidly reconstructs the internal 3D structure of components via real-time 3D reconstruction algorithms. The system supports flexible switching of multiple resolutions and selection of multi-mode inspection, covering full dimensions of 2D planar imaging, 2.5D slice analysis and 3D stereoscopic inspection. It adapts to diverse inspection needs such as semiconductor packaging and precision electronic components, significantly improving the inspection efficiency and accuracy of complex devices.
